There are literally millions of compositions to be found at Lost Dutchman State Park in Arizona, I could spend months there exploring with my camera.

I love visiting Anza-Borrego Desert State Park in southern California in all seasons, but especially in the spring during a wildflower bloom.

I love taking photos in Monument Valley. The views are spectacular and the subject matter endless..
Photography is a creative process, but in addition to that, it is a way of connecting with one's environment on a deep and personal level, even as it challenges the expansion of the mind and soul.
I truly believe that photography helps me enjoy my surroundings more, as I look closer and deeper at them. I have a new appreciation for the beauty of the earth, and I love sharing that beauty with others through my photos.
More than just an artistic outlet, photography has become a way for me to be present, mindful, and more deeply connected to the world around me.

I have a difficult time choosing my favorite photo. It is a similar task to choosing my favorite song, or favorite food. It's not easy.
I find that the photo that might be my favorite today will change by next month, and that is because I tend to get attached to the most recent photos I have taken, that represent the freshest memories of my intimate connection with the natural world. With that said, this photo is my favorite this month...haha. By next month I hope I will have taken a new photo that I love even more!
I love my camera deeply—not just as a tool, but as a constant companion in my journey through life.
It's been with me across continents, capturing moments both grand and intimate, giving me the power to freeze time and tell stories through light and perspective. From quiet alleys in old towns to sweeping mountain vistas, it has helped me see the world more clearly and express the way I feel about it.
